I injured my back while playing and it often gives me trouble. I am going to use the Abdominal Vacuum Exercise that you explained with the video. I saw someone doing it last summer, but they weren't able to give a good explanation of the movement. Thanks very much for post.

I found your page this morning while looking for Glute Ham Raise videos. It is a great movement for hockey players as they tend to get overdeveloped in the front of the legs. The raises help with the structural balance. The movement using the car is very interesting. Thanks for posting.

These are by far the easiest instructions I have yet to see on how to make these. Thank you!

While the TRX is in itself a remarkable training tool, it's a shame that such a simple piece of equipment is so expensive.

Wow that sounds like a very intense and focused 10 days. Have you meditated before prior to this 10 day escape? What did you find to be the most difficult part of the journey?

Amazing how a body responds to different stimulus and you got ripped from it!
I wonder if you did more of those retreats often would it still work effectively or is this where less is more?
Excellent body weight circuits I'll have to try that soon it looks a real challenge.
Thanks for including my yoga sequence I appreciate it …love Yoga doing nearly everyday now.

I really like your back to basics approach. All you did was stick to some basic things to get your body in tune with itself. The meditation, bodyweight exercises, circuits and equipment like a sandbag seems to be all you truly needed.
The hut looked like the perfect spot to re-energize yourself.
